Requirements
In order to be eligible for the Self-Sponsorship visa you must meet a certain set of requirements:
- You must be at least 18 years old
- Be able to pass a English language test at a B1 level/ UKVI IELTS 4.0
- Be appropriately qualified for your job position
- Have a UK company that has a skilled worker sponsor license
- Have Certificate of sponsorship (DCoS)
- Have an authorisation officer who is a UK resident

step 2 Form a limited company/ apply for skilled worker sponsor license
A limited company will be formed for you based on the business plan we created. Then once the company has been created we will apply for the skilled worker sponsor license that will allow you to sponsor yourself to work for the business.
Step 3 Appoint an Authorising officer
After the company is formed we will appoint your UK authorising officer. The AO will be charge of liaising with UK home office and making sure all relegations are followed.
Step 4 Apply for defined certificate of sponsorship (DCoS)
Each employee for the business will need a DCoS in order to work for the UK business. We will make all applications needed for employees to make sure they are filled in correctly and match the job role they are intending to do.
Step 5 Skilled Worker Visa application
Our immigration lawyers will work with you to complete your skilled worker visa. We will also make sure you have completed all necessary pre requisite such as TB test, English langauge test and correctly saved the right amount of maintenance fund.
